Store Policies
Price increases resulting from greater costs are sometimes unavoidable. In such cases, your order will be processed at the higher prices, unless your Purchase Order specifies not to.
You will be notified before shipping under the following circumstances: if the merchandise total of an order increases by 50% or $25.00 (whichever is greater) over purchase order prices, or when a cash order price exceeds $5.00 and 10% of all the cash order merchandise total. Additionally, you may state on your order a maximum price increase amount. We will then hold such orders pending your authorization to ship at the new price.
We reserve the right to cancel back order totaling $20.00 or less. If a suitable substitute of equal or better quality is available, we will try to complete your order. If you are not satisfied with our substitute, you may contact us for authorization to return.
If you are affiliated with a Public School, Church or Private School, with an established account with us, just send us your order with authorized purchase order number on your stationery letterhead, with your principal's authorization, and we will extend a 30-day charge.
Your order will be expedited if you include payment with your first order. Individual orders must be accompanied by check or money order, including $15 for estimated shipping charges if by UPS. For charge accounts, our payment terms are Net 30 days. Please send references with your first order to expedite processing. We furnish competitive quotations and bids on a full line of school supplies, art and craft materials, papers, furniture and equipment. Please include us on your bid list. We are a NJ Contract Vendor.
