If an item is not in stock, Kaye and Suzette will be more than happy to special order what is requested. The staff at Happy Owl is always very eager to serve and is extremely knowledgeable in their field
Company History
Happy Owl Educational Resource Supply and Party Goods has been in existance for 15 years. Kaye Pigman and Suzette Rhoades have been owners for the past five years. The store has grown extensively during the last few years due to wonderful community support as well as our broad base of loyal customers.
About Owners
Happy Owl is a family operated business with mother and daughter as co-owners. Kaye Pigman is a former Elementary teacher having retired four years ago with thirty years in the school system. She is an active participant within the company along with her daughter Suzette. Suzette Rhoades is presently a Reading Instructor at South Florida Community College as well as being active in operation Happy Owl.
Happy Owl would not be the success it is without the continued love and support of Ed Pigman. Ed is on the road daily making deliveries as well as being at the store whenever he is needed at a moment's notice.

Happy Owl is located on 275 US 27 North in Sebring, FL, one block from the Lakeshore Mall. The store is situated in Village Fountain Square.
